精细化药房管理在减少高峰期中药房候药时间及处方调配差错率中的应用 被引量:4

Application of Fine Pharmacy Management in Reducing Waiting Time and Prescription Dispensing Error Rate of Chinese Pharmacy in Peak Period

摘要 目的:观察精细化药房管理在减少高峰期中药房候药时间及处方调配差错率中的应用效果。方法:本院2019年7月开始对中药房高峰期实施精细化药房管理。本研究随机抽取2018年6月-2019年6月实施精细化药房管理前中药房高峰期的处方700张和2019年7月-2020年7月实施精细化药房管理后的处方700张。统计并比较实施精细化药房管理前后中药房高峰期缺货药品上架时间、平均候药时间、平均处方调配时间、处方调配差率及患者满意度。结果:管理后高峰期缺货药品上架时间短于管理前(P<0.05);管理后高峰期平均候药时间、平均处方调配时间均短于管理前(P<0.05);管理后高峰期处方调配差错率低于管理前(P<0.05);管理后高峰期服务态度、用药行为嘱咐满意度均高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论:精细化药房管理在减少高峰期缺货药品上架时间、处方调配差错率中的应用效果显著,可有效缩短处方调配时间、取药者平均候药时间,提高患者满意度。 Objective:To observe the application effect of fine pharmacy management in reducing the waiting time and prescription dispensing error rate of Chinese pharmacy in peak period.Method:Our hospital had implemented fine pharmacy management in the peak period of traditional Chinese medicine room,since July 2019.In this study,700 prescriptions were randomly selected before the implementation of fine pharmacy management from June 2018 to June 2019,and 700 prescriptions were randomly selected after the implementation of fine pharmacy management from July 2019 to July 2020.The implementation of refined pharmacy management before and after the peak out of stock drug shelf time,average waiting time,average prescription deployment time,prescription deployment rate and patient satisfaction were counted and compared.Result:The shelf time of out of stock drugs in peak period after management was shorter than that before management(P<0.05);the average waiting time of drugs in peak period and the average prescription deployment time after management were shorter than those before management(P<0.05).The error rate of prescription allocation in peak period after management was lower than that before management(P<0.05).After the management,the satisfaction of service attitude and medication behavior were higher than before management(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of fine pharmacy management in reducing the shelf time of out of stock drugs in peak period and the error rate of prescription allocation is significant,which can effectively shorten the prescription allocation time and the average waiting time of drug takers,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
