摘要
目的:分析小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶应用于原发性翼状胬肉患者术后的效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2018年8月-2020年12月收治的65例原发性翼状胬肉患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组32例给予常规治疗,观察组33例在对照组基础上予以小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、上皮细胞缺损情况、并发症发生率。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率(90.91%)高于对照组(71.88%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不同时间上皮细胞缺损情况低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(6.06%)低于对照组(28.13%)(P<0.05)。结论:小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶应用于原发性翼状胬肉患者通过改善上皮细胞缺损情况,进而提高临床疗效,且并发症发生率更低。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Deproteinized Calf Blood Extract Eye Gel applied to patients with primary pterygium after surgery.Method:A total of 65 patients with primary pterygium treated in our hospital from August 2018 to December 2020 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=32)was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group(n=33)was treated with Deproteinized Calf Blood Extract Eye Gel on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,epithelial cell defect and complication rate of two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group(90.91%)was higher than 71.88%of the control group(P<0.05).The defect of epithelial cells in observation group was lower than that in the control group at different time periods(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(6.06%)was lower than 28.13%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Deproteinized Calf Blood Extract Eye Gel in patients with primary pterygium can improve the defects of epithelial cells and improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.
