摘要
基于实际钢种物性参数和现场工艺参数,建立了0Cr13不锈钢板坯连铸过程凝固传热和应力模型,研究了不同拉速对坯壳在连铸过程中的凝固收缩和应力应变的影响。结果表明,同一拉速下,出结晶器和不同二冷段凝固收缩先增加后减少且变化量基本一致;拉速从0.75 m/min增加至0.80 m/min,铸坯在结晶器和二冷区各段的铸坯收缩量均有所减少但减小量逐渐增大;拉速从0.80 m/min增加至0.85 m/min,铸坯坯壳出结晶器和各冷却段的凝固收缩变化量变化均匀,约为0.53 mm。随着拉速的增加,铸坯坯壳的等效应力均有所下降,拉速对等效应变的影响甚微。
Based on the physical properties of steel and on-site process parameters,a solidification heat transfer and stress model of 0Cr13 stainless steel slab continuous casting process is established.The effects of different pulling speed on solidification shrinkage and stress strain of shell during continuous casting are studied.The results show that under the same drawing speed,the solidification shrinkage of the mold and the different secondary cooling zone increases firstly and then decreases,and the amount of change is basically the same;the drawing speed increases from 0.75 m/min to 0.80 m/min,and the shrinkage of the slab in the mold while the secondary cooling zone decreases,but the shrinkage increases gradually;when the drawing speed increases from 0.80 m/min to 0.85 m/min,the solidification shrinkage of the shell out of the mold,each cooling section changes uniformly at about 0.53 mm.With the increase of drawing speed,the equivalent force of billet shell decreases,and the equivalent effect of drawing speed has little effect.
