摘要
锌在高炉内循环富集,会给高炉生产带来极大的危害,弄清锌对原燃料的性能的影响意义重大。本文采用醋酸锌浸泡法向焦炭中引入锌,模拟研究了高炉气氛下锌对焦炭气化反应动力学的影响,结果表明,焦炭气化反应的限制性环节为界面化学反应;富锌后的焦炭气化反应速率k+均大于普通焦炭,表明锌对焦炭的气化反应有一定的正催化作用,降低焦炭的化学反应活化能,使其反应能在较低温度下发生,但温度的升高会弱化锌对焦炭的气化反应的催化作用,例如,温度在950℃时,富锌焦炭的气化率是普通焦炭的2.08倍;而温度在1150℃时,仅为1.03倍。
The cycle enrichment of zinc in blast furnace will bring great harm to blast furnace production,and it is of great significance to understand the influence of zinc on the performance of raw fuel.In this paper,In this paper,zinc acetate soaking method is used to make zinc exist in coke,and the influence of zinc on the kinetics of coke gasification reaction under blast furnace atmosphere was simulated.The results show that the limiting link of coke gasification reaction is interfacial chemical reaction.The rate of gasification of coke(k+)after zinc enrichment is higher than that of ordinary coke,which indicates that zinc has a positive catalytic effect on the gasification reaction of coke,which reduces the activation energy of chemical reaction of coke and makes its reaction energy occur at lower temperature.However,the increase of temperature will weaken the catalytic effect of zinc on coke gasification,such as when the temperature is 950℃,the gasification rate of zinc-rich coke is 2.08 times that of ordinary coke,while the temperature is only 1.03 times at 1150℃.
