摘要
在喷洒CaCl2溶液控制烧结矿低温还原粉化试验成功的基础上,探讨碱金属在炉内还原反应的催化作用机理,提出添加氯化物作用机理是碱金属氯化物生成及促进气化排出炉外,抑制高炉碱害。
The trial result of sinter sprayed with CaCl2 shows that CaCl2 has a function to decrease sinter RDI. Base on the result, the catalysis mechanism of alkali metal for the reducing reaction in the Blast Furnace has been discussed, and the mechanism of chloride addition shows that it can create the alkali chloride and stimulate the chloride expelling from the furnace.
