摘要
介绍了某铜冶炼厂制酸系统转化提产过程中存在的主要问题,通过对锅炉抬升、积灰和系统阻力过大等问题的分析,提出了针对性的解决方案和改造措施。计算和模拟结果表明,该方案能够有效解决转化工序余热锅炉和系统阻力的问题,硫酸系统能够配合冶炼系统实现提产的目的。
The main problems existing in the conversion and production increase process of acid making system in a copper smelter are introduced.The targeted solutions and transformation measures through the analysis of boiler lifting,ash accumulation and excessive system resistance are put forward.The calculation and simulation results show that the scheme can effectively solve the problems of waste heat boiler and system resistance in the conversion process,and the sulphuric acid system can cooperate with the smelting system to achieve the purpose of increasing production.
