烟气制酸系统热管余热锅炉问题分析及改进措施

摘要 介绍了某铜冶炼企业硫酸厂转化工序2台1.6 MPa中温余热锅炉和2台0.8 MPa低温余热锅炉在运行期间存在锅炉产汽能力低、换热效率差、膨胀节开裂、热管爆管、热管搭桥积灰等异常现象。针对存在的问题,利用大修之际,优化工艺系统、改造蒸发器膨胀节及蒸发器整体限位等问题,改造后锅炉稳定运行,蒸汽产量以及换热能力明显提高。 Abnormal phenomena such as low gas production capacity,poor heat exchange efficiency,cracking of expansion joint,tube explosion of heat pipe and ash accumulation of heat pipe bridging in two 1.6 MPa medium temperature waste heat boilers and two 0.8 MPa low temperature waste heat boilers in conversion process of sulfuric acid plant of a copper smelting enterprise are introduced.According to existing problems,process system was optimized,evaporator expansion joints and overall limit of evaporator were transformed.After alteration,boiler ran stably,steam output and heat transfer capacity were improved significantly.
