摘要
目的探讨全方位护理在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年9月我院80例急性心肌梗死患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全方位护理。比较两组的心理状态评分、睡眠质量评分、治疗依从性、心功能指标、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果护理后,两组的SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的NT-proBNP水平均较护理前降低,6 min步行距离均较护理前增大,左心射血分数均较护理前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的生理、心理、环境、社会关系评分均较护理前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理可改善急性心肌梗死患者的心理状态及心功能指标,提高睡眠质量、治疗依从性、生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of all-round nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given all-round nursing.The psychological state score,sleep quality score,treatment compliance,cardiac function indexes,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the NT-proBNP level in the two groups was lower than that before nursing,the 6 min walking distance was greater than that before nursing,the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that before nursing,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiology,psychology,environment and social relations in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion All-round nursing can improve the psychological state and cardiac function indexes of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and improve sleep quality,treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
