摘要
通过对邵阳市中药材种植情况开展广泛座谈和实地调研,总结了邵阳市中药材产业发展的特点,指出了邵阳中药材产业发展过程中存在种质资源保护利用不够,品种退化严重;栽培管理不够规范,产品质量参差不齐;精深加工企业较少,产业链不完善;缺乏大数据引导,产销对接脱节;人才极度紧缺,不足以支撑产业高质量发展等瓶颈问题,结合当地实际情况,提出了加强对中药材种质资源的保护与合理利用;因地制宜推进标准化生产,严把产品质量关;开拓精深加工业务,发展药旅融合,不断延伸产业链;建立中药材大数据中心,畅通流通渠道;重视人才队伍建设等对策,以期为今后邵阳市中药材产业高质量发展提供参考。
This paper has characterized the present situation of traditional Chinese medicine industry development in Shaoyang region of Hunan Province through a wide range of information discussion and on-the-spot investigation,and pointed out the following bott leneck problems:insufficient protection and application of germplasm resources,serious degradation of varieties,non-standardized cultivation management,uneven product quality,few deep-processing enterprises,imperfect industry chain,lacking the guidance of big data,disjointed production and sales,the extreme shortage of professionals,thus failing to support the high-quality development of the industry,etc.According to the local actual situation,it proposes to strengthen the protection and reasonable utilization for Chinese medicinal germplasm resources,properly promote standardized production according to the local condition,strictly control the quality of products,explore the deep-processing business,develope the integration of Chinese medicine industry and tourism industry,extend and improve the industrial chain,establish the big data center of Chinese medicine material,make circulation channels unblocked,and strengthen the construction of professional team,aiming at providing reference for the high-quality development of Chinese medicine industry in Shaoyang.
