摘要
目的:分析中学生抑郁症状与家庭环境的相关性。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月出现抑郁症表现的中学生62名,作为抑郁症状组;另选取健康中学生62例,作为对照组。以中学生的《家庭环境量表》(FES)为标准,明确经济条件、父母性格、父母情感关系等家庭环境因素与抑郁症状因素的相关性。结果:抑郁症状组中学生FES中家庭成员的亲密度、感情表达、娱乐性及道德观得分均明显低于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抑郁症状组家庭成员的矛盾性及控制性得分均明显高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组家庭成员的独立性及成功性得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:虽然学校作为开展心理健康教育的主阵地,但家庭作为中学生日益成长的主要环境,也应尽量为中学生的发展创造和谐、融洽的家庭成长环境,可有效预防抑郁症状。
Objective:To explore the correlation between depressive symptoms and family environment in middle school students.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,62 middle school students with depressive symptoms were selected as the depressive symptom group.Another 62 healthy middle school students were selected as the healthy group.According to the family environment scale(FES)of middle school students,we analyzed the correlation between family environment and depressive symptoms.Results:In the depressive symptom group,the scores of family members'intimacy,emotional expression,entertainment and morality in FES were significantly lower than those in the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the depression group,the scores of contradiction and control of family members were significantly higher than those in the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of independence and success between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Schools are the main front of mental health education,however,as the main environment for the growth of middle school students,family should try to create a harmonious and harmonious family growth environment for the development of middle school students,and effectively prevent the symptoms of depression.
