摘要
针对目前传统水文信息表达多以二维GIS为主,在城市淹没模拟与分析等方面存在明显不足的问题,在二三维一体化联动显示技术研究的基础上,基于GeoTools工具,采用积水位置栅格化方法,进行了城市积水面的实时生成与二三维联动表达,实现了城市积水范围真实场景的虚拟仿真与城市洪涝灾害的动态演变分析,可为城市应急管理部门提供直观的应急会商的决策指挥平台,因此,具有显著的社会应用价值。
Aimming at the problem that the traditional hydrological information expression is mainly based on two-dimensional GIS,and there are obvious deficiencies in urban inundation simulation and analysis and other aspects,on the basis of the research of twodimensional and three-dimensional linkage display technology,based on GeoTools tool,uses the grid method of ponding position to carry out the real-time generation and two-dimensional and three-dimensional linkage expression of urban ponding surface.The virtual simulation of the real scene of urban ponding range and the dynamic evolution analysis of urban flood disaster are realized,which can provide an intuitive decision-making and command platform for emergency consultation for urban emergency management departments.Therefore,it has significant social application value.
