摘要
针对当前PERC太阳能电池钝化层中出现的柯肯德尔空隙,设计了一种基于电致发光图像识别的PERC太阳能电池检测系统。基于电致发光原理,设计了检测系统的硬件结构,采集到的电致发光图像清晰明亮。同时完成了检测系统软件开发,软件准确识别电致发光图像中的黑斑、黑线等电池缺陷,为PERC电池的电致发光特性分析提供了有效的实验手段。
Aiming at the Kirkendall gap appeared in passivation layer of the PERC solar cell at present,this paper designs a PERC solar cell detection system based on electroluminescent image identification.Based on the principle of electroluminescence,the hardware structure of the detection system is designed,and the collected electroluminescent images are clear and bright.At the same time,the software development of the detection system is completed.The software can accurately identifies the battery defects such as black spots and black lines in the electroluminescent images,which provides an effective experimental means for the analysis of the electroluminescent characteristics of PERC cell.
