摘要
介绍了中国石油抚顺石化公司170万t·a^(-1)重油催化裂化装置催化剂系统运行出现分馏塔底油浆固体含量高、分馏塔底油浆运行系统故障、旋风分离器料腿内壁结焦和催化剂单耗和自然跑损增加等系列问题。从沉降器旋风分离器的翼阀、入口和料腿等部位查找催化剂异常跑损原因,提出了防倒锥改为斜板、油气入口改为切线方向和料腿延长等系列具有针对性的技术改造措施。通过技术改造解决了出现的问题,改善了产品分布,增加了装置经济效益。
A series of problems in the operation of catalyst system of 1.7 Mt·a^(-1) heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Fushun Petrochemical Company of PetroChina were introduced, such as high solid content of slurry at the bottom of fractionator, fault in the operation system of slurry at the bottom of fractionator, coking on the inner wall of cyclone separator leg, and increase in unit consumption and natural running loss of catalyst. The causes of abnormal catalyst loss were found out from the wing valve, inlet and material return of cyclone separator of settler. A series of targeted technical transformation measures were put forward, such as changing wing valve into inclined plate, changing oil and gas inlet into tangent direction and material leg length. By means of technical transformation, the existing problems were solved, the product distribution was improved, and the economic benefit of the plant was increased.
