摘要
首先选用木粉为试样、醋酸酐为乙酰化试剂,研究了乙酰化工艺对木粉质量增加率的影响,并利用红外光谱表征了乙酰化前后木材官能团的变化。结果表明:当加入醋酸钾为催化剂、反应4h时,木粉质量增加量最大,同时红外测试结果表明木粉中发生了乙酰化反应。随后选用枫木、椴木和松木作为样品,详细地表征了乙酰化对不同类型木材的性能的影响。
Firstly, wood flour was selected as sample and the acetic anhydride was used as acetylation reagent to study the effect of acetylation process on the mass increase rate of wood flour. The change of wood functional groups before and after acetylation were characterized by infrared spectrum. The results showed that the mass increase of wood flour was the largest when the acetic anhydride was added as catalyst and the reaction time was 4 h. The infrared test results also showed that acetylation occurred in reaction. Then, maple, basswood and pine were selected as samples to characterize the effect of acetylation on the properties of different types of wood.
