利用XRD研究乙酰化木材的结晶度和微纤丝角 被引量:4

THE DEGREE OF CRYSTALLINITY AND THE MICROFIBRIL ANGLE OF ACETYLATED WOOD STUDIED BY X-RAY DIFFRACTION

摘要 通过应用X射线衍射仪测定木材乙酰化前后结晶度和微纤丝角,探究乙酰化处理对木材尺寸稳定性的影响。结果显示:经过乙酰化处理,木材结晶度略降低,微纤丝角略增大。分析实验结果可知,木材的抗拉强度、弹性模量略有减小。所以,乙酰化对木材的力学强度和尺寸稳定性无显著影响。由于乙酰化消耗了木材中亲水性的羟基,降低了木材的吸湿性,进而增强了尺寸稳定性。此为提高木材尺寸稳定性的最主要因素。 This paper studies the effect of acetylation to wood dimensional stability through detected the degree of crystallinity and the microfibril angle by X- ray diffraction. The results show the degrees of crystallinaty were slightly decreased,and the microfibril angles were slightly increased. And thereafter tensile strength and modulus of elasticity were slightly decreased. So,there is no significant effect on the wood mechanical strength and dimensional stability after acetylated. Because of the hydrophilic hydroxyls were consumed with acetylation,the ability of hygroscopicity was decreased and the dimensional stability was enhanced. This is the most important factor which improved the wood dimensional stability.
