摘要
我国在探索新型建筑工业化发展时面临诸多挑战,准确识别与分析新型建筑工业化发展的障碍因素具有现实意义。基于新型建筑工业化内涵及特征,采用文献调研与德尔菲法识别出新型建筑工业化发展过程中面临的18个障碍因素,并运用改进的IS M-MICMAC模型构建了障碍因素的5级递阶结构模型并分类,以揭示障碍因素间的关联,并提出改进建议。结果表明,专业人才短缺是深层次因素,而顶层设计落实不到位、监督机制不配套、新一代信息技术建筑化应用缓慢、现代化管理理念与经验缺乏可视为阻碍新型建筑工业化发展的重要原因。为新型建筑工业化发展提供了新思路,同时为政府部门落实顶层设计及完善建造流程监管奠定了理论依据。
China is facing many challenges in exploring the development of new building industrialization,so it is of practical significance to accurately identify and analyze the obstacles to the development of new building industrialization.Based on the connotation and characteristics of new building industrialization,18 obstacle factors in the development process of new building industrialization are identified by using literature research and Delphi method,and the five level hierarchical structure model of obstacle factors is constructed and classified by using fuzzy IS M-MICMAC model,so as to reveal the relationship between obstacle factors,and then suggestions for improvement are put forward.Results show the followings that the shortage of professionals is the most fundamental factor,the top-level design is not implemented in place,the supervision mechanism is not matching,the application of new generation of information technology construction is show and the idea and experience of modernazation management are lacked,can be regarded as an important reason to hinder the development of new building industrialization.The research provides a new idea for the development of new building industrialization,and lays a theoretical basis for the government to implement the top-level design and improves the construction process supervision.
