摘要
目的研究坦洛新联合氧氟沙星运用于慢性前列腺炎中的效果。方法选择医院2016年1月-2020年9月纳入的300例慢性前列腺炎患者,依照随机分层法分成两组各150例,研究组给予坦洛新联合氧氟沙星,对照组提供氧氟沙星,用药后1个月评价总有效率,分别在用药前、用药后一个月测定两组的平均尿流率(average urine flow rate,AFR)、最大尿流率(maximum urinary flow rate,MFR)、最大尿道闭合压(maximum urethral closure pressure,MUCP)、最大后尿道压(maximum posterior urethral pressure,MPUP),并进行临床症状积分与生存质量(quality of life,QOL)评分的调查,比较两组用药结果。结果研究组总有效率91.33%高出对照组81.33%(P<0.05)。用药前两组的尿动力学指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后研究组AFR、MFR、MUCP、MPUP优于对照组(P<0.05)。用药前两组的症状积分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后研究组疼痛、排尿不尽、尿滴沥积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。用药前两组的QOL评分对比无差异(P>0.05),用药后研究组各项评分均高出对照组(P<0.05)。结论坦洛新联合氧氟沙星的疗效显著,能够迅速改善慢性前列腺炎患者的尿流动力学指标,促进相应症状消失,提升患者生存质量。
Objective To study the effects of tamsulosin plus ofloxacin in chronic prostatitis.Methods 300 chronic prostatitis patients treated from January 2016 to September 2020 in our hospital were selected and assigned to two groups according to random stratification method,150 cases in each group.The research group was taken tamsulosin and ofloxacin;the control group was taken ofloxacin.The total effective rate was evaluated one month after medication,and the average urine flow rate(AFR),maximum urinary flow rate(MFR),maximum urethral closure pressure(MUCP),maximum posterior urethral pressure(MPUP),clinical symptom scores and quality of life(QOL)scores were investigated were measured before and one month after medication,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The effective treatment rate in the research group(91.33%)was significantly higher than control group(81.33%)(P<0.05);before medication,the urodynamic indicators between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after medication,AFR,MFR,MUCP and MPUP values in the research group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05);before medication,symptom scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after medication,the pain,incomplete emptying and urine dripping scores in the research group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);before medication,QOL scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after medication,QOL scores in the research group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of tamsulosin combined with ofloxacin is significant,which can quickly improve the urodynamic indexes of patients with chronic prostatitis,promote the disappearance of corresponding symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.
