摘要
目的探讨左西孟旦联合重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)对慢性心衰急性发作患者心功能、血乳酸(LA)、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法选取我院2016年3月至2019年10月收治的90例慢性心衰急性发作患者,按入院顺序分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。对照组采用左西孟旦治疗,观察组采用左西孟旦联合rhBNP治疗。比较两组患者的心功能指标、血清LA、NT-proBNP水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的LVEF水平高于对照组,LVESd、LVEDd、QTd、血清LA、NT-proBNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦联合rhBNP治疗慢性心衰急性发作患者的疗效较好,可改善其心功能及血清LA、NT-proBNP水平,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the influence of levosimendan combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rh BNP)on cardiac function,lactic acid(LA)and N-terminal B-type pronatriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels in patients with acute attack of chronic heart failure.Methods 90 patients with acute attack of chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to October2019 were selected and divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)according to the admission order.The control group was treated with levosimendan,and the observation group was treated with levosimendan combined with rhBNP.The cardiac function indicators,serum LA and NT-proBNP levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the LVEF level of the observation group was higher than that of control group,and the LVESd,LVEDd,QTd,serum LA and NT-proBNP levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Levosimendan combined with rhBNP had better efficacy in the treatment of patients with acute attack of chronic heart failure,which can improve the cardiac function and the levels of serum LA and NT-pro BNP.
