摘要
电商平台模式下做好饲料企业的进销存管理工作,不仅可以降低流动资金的占用率,还可以缩短商品交付周期,提升消费者的购物体验。本文在分析饲料企业进销存管理流程的基础上,针对进销存管理中存在的问题,提出相应的对策,具体包括提高饲料企业销售计划和生产计划的准确性,完善平台的数据处理功能,提高库存数据核算的准确性,加大对数据管理系统软硬件的投入,做好相关人员的培训工作,提高进销存管理活动的科学性和可靠性。
Doing a good job in the purchase,sales and inventory management of feed enterprises under the e-commerce platform mode can not only reduce the occupation rate of working capital,but also shorten the commodity delivery cycle and improve consumers'shopping experience.Based on the analysis of the purchase,sales and inventory management process of feed enterprises,this paper put forward targeted countermeasures for the problems existing in the purchase,sales and inventory management,including improving the accuracy of sales plan and production plan of feed enterprises,improving the data processing function of the platform,improving the accuracy of inventory data accounting,and increasing the investment in system software and hardware.And do a good job in the training of relevant personnel to improve the reliability of purchase,sales and inventory management activities.
