摘要
饲料工业涉及的范围十分之广泛,与农业、生物制药、化工等行业都有着千丝万缕的联系。作为国民经济发展中的重要环节,饲料行业在生产和销售环节中对物料仓储的需求日益增加,如何通过库存管理促进饲料行业的进一步发展,是需要不断探索的。目前,供应链的管理模式,为我们带来了生产、加工、销售整体链路的思考,通过供应链管理思维和现有库存管理模式的结合,能够不断的提升仓储管理的效率,有效解决饲料企业的库存问题。本文通过对相关概念的展开介绍,说明当前饲料库存管理的难点,并从发展方向、改进措施、改进意义等方面探讨供应链管理和库存管理的有效结合方式。
Feed industry involves a wide range of industries,which are closely related to agriculture,biopharmaceutical,chemical and other industries. As an important link in the development of national economy,the demand for storage in the production and sales of feed industry is increasing day by day. How to promote thefurther development of feed industry through inventory management needs constant exploration. At present,thesupply chain management mode brings us the thinking of the whole link of production,processing and sales.Through the combination of supply chain management thinking and existing inventory management mode,we cancontinuously improve the efficiency of storage management and effectively solve the inventory problem of feedenterprises. Through the introduction of related concepts,this paper explained the pain points of current feedinventory management,and discussed the effective combination mode of supply chain management and inventorymanagement from the aspects of improvement significance,development direction,improvement measures,etc.
