摘要
目的:探讨以疾病为中心的多学科融合护理在痛风石围术期患者中的应用效果。方法:将2020年5月1日~10月31日行痛风石手术的45例患者作为对照组,采用常规治疗和护理措施;将2020年11月1日~2021年4月30日行痛风石手术的41例患者作为干预组,在对照组基础上采用以疾病为中心的多学科融合护理。比较两组不同时间疼痛评分[采用疼痛数字评分法(NRS)]、血尿酸值、住院时间、住院费用及满意度。结果:干预组术后4 h、1 d、3 d NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预组血尿酸值、住院时间和住院费用均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);干预组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对痛风石围术期患者采用以疾病为中心的多学科融合护理,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛,促进患者康复,改善术后结局,降低经济负担,从而提升患者围术期护理质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of disease-centered multi-disciplinary integration in perioperative nursing of tophaceous gout patients.Methods:A total of 45 patients undergoing tophaceous gout surgery during May 1,2020 to October 31,2020 were selected as the control group and treated with routine treatment and nursing measures;During November 1,2020 to April 30,2021,41 patients undergoing tophaceous gout surgery were treated with disease-centered multi-disciplinary integration nursing program as the intervention group.Postoperative pain scores by the numerical rating scale(NRS),blood uric acid value,hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups in different time.Results:The NRS scores in the patients at 4 hours,1 day and 3 days after operation were lower in the intervention group than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),the levels of blood uric acid,hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses were better in the intervention group than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The disease-centered multi-disciplinary integration nursing program of tophaceous gout perioperative patients can effectively reduce the postoperative pain,promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve the postoperative outcome of patients,reduce the economic burden of patients,thus improve the perioperative nursing quality in patients.
