摘要
某铜钢复合板弯片由于弯曲半径小,在冲压成形中易出现开裂和褶皱问题。本文采用ABAQUS三维有限元软件模拟了复合弯片热成形,分析了模具圆角、拉深模具间隙对复合弯片的成形应力及厚度的影响,确定了模具参数,并进行了弯片成形试验。结果表明:增大凹模圆角可以降低复合成形应力及厚度变化;在拉深间隙1 mm时可以得到较低的成形应力及厚度减薄;模拟的复合弯片成形厚度变化与试验成形的弯片厚度变化基本一致。
Due to small bending radius of the copper-steel clad bending sheet, cracking and fold problems are easy to occur in stamping forming. The three-dimensional finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the thermal forming of clad bending sheet. The influence of die fillet and drawing die gap on the forming stress and thickness of clad bending sheet was analyzed. The die parameters were determined, and the bending forming experiment of clad bending sheet was carried out. The results show that increasing die fillet can reduce bending stress and thickness variation;when the die gap is 1 mm, low forming stress and thickness variation can be obtained;the simulated thickness variation of bending sheet is consistent with that of the forming experiment.
