摘要 金属管道中大量用到弯管。弯管的成型方法非常多,有凹槽轮滚压法、感应加热煨弯法、型模压弯法、逐步成型法、数控弯管法。弯管的材质也非常多,有黑色金属、有色金属,包括碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢、铜、铝、钛、锆、镍及其合金。不同材质、规格、批量的弯管根据其加工性、价格和加工费用可采用不同的成型方法。本文介绍了金属弯管的各种成型方法及其成型原理,比较彼此优缺点。合理地选择弯管成型方法可以提高产品质量,减少成本,提高生产效率,创造更好的社会经济效益。 The bending pipe has been largely used in the metal pipeline. The forming method of bending pipe is various, including rolling depression with drop center wheel, induction heating method, forming with step-by-step method, bending press with section mould and numerical control bending pipe. The materials of bending pipe are also multifarious and consist of ferrous metals and nonferrous metals, including of carbon steel, alloy steel, non-rust steel, copper, aluminum, titanium, zirconium, nickel and its alloys. The different material, size, batch quantity of bending pipe can use different forming methods according to its workability, batch quantity, price and final cost. Choosing rational forming method of bending pipe can increase the quality of bending pipe, decrease cost, improve production efficiency and create more socioeconomic performance.
