摘要
目前,儿童上尿路结石的发病率逐年增加,对于需要外科干预的患儿,不同外科治疗方式有着不同的适应证和特点。体外冲击波碎石术适用于大部分儿童上尿路结石,输尿管镜及经皮肾镜碎石术开始应用于儿童复杂性上尿路结石,而腹腔镜、机器人及开放手术则适用于合并先天畸形的尿路结石患儿。随着技术的进步、设备的发展和治疗经验的积累,外科治疗方式还在不断发展中,本文现就目前儿童上尿路结石的外科治疗方式与进展进行总结。
Nowadays the incidence of upper urinary tract calculus is rising yearly in children.Surgical interventions have different indications and characteristics.Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)is indicated for upper urinary tract calculi.Ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy are gradually applied for children's complicated upper urinary tract calculus in children.Laparoscopy,robotic and open surgery are ideal for urinary calculi with concurrent congenital malformations.With technological advances,equipment refining and expertise enriching,various surgical approaches have been continuously developed.This review summarized the latest surgical options for children with upper urinary tract calculus.
