摘要
目的探讨一次性输尿管电子软镜对比普通输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石的研究。方法选取2021年6月—2023年1月在茂名市中医院确诊并进行治疗的80例上尿路结石患者为研究对象,按照随机对照法将其分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组采用普通输尿管软镜碎石术治疗,研究组采用一次性输尿管电子软镜碎石术治疗。对比两组手术指标、碎石情况、肾功能情况、血清炎症指标、并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术所需时间和术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组碎石时间明显短于对照组,且碎石成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组肾功能指标水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组炎症因子含量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后并发症发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。结论对于上尿路结石患者采用一次性输尿管电子软镜碎石术碎石效果和手术情况更佳,可改善患者炎症和肾功能水平,降低了患者术后并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the study of disposable ureteral electron flexible scope compared with common ureteral flexible scope for the treatment of upper urinary tract stones.Methods 80 patients with upper urinary tract stones diagnosed and treated in Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to randomized control method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with common ureteral flexible scope lithotripsy,and the study group was treated with disposable ureteral electron flexible scope lithotripsy.Surgical indexes,lithotripsy,renal function,serum inflammatory indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and postoperative hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of crushing in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the success rate of crushing was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the renal function indexes of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the each inflammatory factor content in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 22.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with upper urinary tract stones,disposable ureteral electron flexible scope lithotripsy has better lithotripsy effect and opera
