摘要
[目的/意义]为了帮助学界厘清五大线索理论的发展进程及其应用现状,填补线索理论在研究综述方面的缺失,并为学者把握线索理论未来研究的思路和方向提供见解。[方法/过程]通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,将研究问题分为线下产品质量感知、线上产品质量感知,以及线上人际交流与网络传播3个方面,并指出存在的问题和未来的研究方向。[结果/结论]现有研究存在“问卷调查法导致数据不够客观”“研究结论外部有效性不足”“模型结构不完善”等问题,结合使用客观数据与主观数据、丰富实验场景及研究对象的种类、引入新的调节变量等都是未来值得关注的研究方向。
[Purpose/Significance]In order to help the academic community to clarify the development process and application status of the five cue theories,fill in gaps in research review of cue theories,and provide insights for scholars to grasp the thinking and directions of the future research of cue theories.[Method/Process]Combing the relevant domestic and foreign literature,the research questions were divided into three aspects:offline product quality perception,online product quality perception,and online interpersonal communication and network communication,the existing problems and the future research directions were also pointed out.[Results/Conclusion]The existing researches have limitations such as“the questionnaire survey method leads to insufficient data objectiveness”,“the external validity of research conclusions is insufficient”,and“the model structure is not perfect”.The combination of objective data and subjective data,enriching the types of experimental scenes and research objects,and introducing new moderating variables are all research directions worthy of attention in the future.
