石墨烯复合UHMWPE纤维增强UHMWPE层压板的制备及性能 被引量:4

摘要 以超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)为基体,石墨烯复合UHMWPE纤维织物为补强材料,采用优化层压工艺制备石墨烯复合纤维增强UHMWPE层压板,研究了石墨烯复合UHMWPE纤维用量对UHMWPE层压板拉伸、弯曲、热稳定性能的影响规律。结果表明:石墨烯复合UHMWPE纤维可显著增强UHMWPE层压板的力学性能,也可略微增强UHMWPE层压板的热性能。石墨烯复合UHMWPE纤维质量分数为4.5%,3.0%时,UHMWPE层压板拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别达到最大,为1472.50,615.11 MPa;石墨烯复合UHMWPE纤维织物铺设方式对UHMWPE层压板拉伸强度、弯曲强度也有较大影响。 Graphene composite fiber reinforced ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)laminates were prepared via appropriate laminating process with UHMWPE resin as matrix and graphene composite fiber fabric as reinforcing agent.The influence of the mass fraction of graphene composite fiber on the tensile,bending and thermal stability of UHMWPE laminates were analyzed.The results show that the graphene composite UHMWPE fiber can be used to enhance the mechanical properties of UHMWPE laminates significantly as well as thermal properties a bit.The tensile strength and bending strength of UHMWPE laminates reach the maximum of 1472.50 MPa and 615.11 MPa when the mass fraction of graphene composite fiber is 4.5%and 3.0%,respectively.The laying methods of UHMWPE fiber contribute much to the tensile strength and bending strength of UHMWPE laminates as well.
