摘要
基于电缆局部放电的碳纤维复合材料性能的影响,研究了碳纤维含量、碳纸前驱体成分、氧化剂种类、掺杂剂种类和吡咯(PY)浓度对碳纤维复合材料电阻率和抗张指数等的影响。结果表明,随着短切碳纤维(CF)质量分数的增加,碳纸前驱体的电阻率先急剧减小,而后趋于稳定或略有降低,碳纸前驱体的抗张指数先增大后减小,在CF质量分数为10%时,取得最大值。在芳纶浆粕AP为前驱体、蒽醌-2-磺酸钠AQS为掺杂剂、过硫酸铵APS为氧化剂和吡咯浓度为0.75 mol/L时,碳纤维复合材料具有最小的电阻率和良好的导电性能。
Carbon fiber composites based on cable partial discharge were prepared by liquid phase polymerization.The effects of carbon fiber content,carbon paper precursor composition,oxidant type,dopant type and PY concentration on the resistivity and tensile index of carbon fiber composites were studied.The results show that with the increase of CF content,the resistance of carbon paper precursor first decreases sharply,and then tends to be stable or slightly decreased.The tensile index of carbon paper precursor first increases and then decreases and gets the maximum value when the CF content is 10%.When aramid pulp AP was used as precursor,sodium anthraquinone-2-sulfonate AQS was used as dopant,ammonium persulfate APS was used as oxidant,and pyrrole concentration was 0.75 mol/L,the carbon fiber composite had the lowest resistivity and good electrical conductivity.
