CFRP约束型钢再生混凝土柱轴压性能及承载力计算研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究碳纤维(CFRP)约束型钢再生混凝土柱的轴压性能,对11根CFRP约束型钢再生混凝土柱进行了轴压试验研究,分析了试件的破坏形态特征及再生粗骨料取代率、CFRP包裹层数、再生混凝土强度、配钢率和长细比等参数对试件轴压性能的影响。结果表明,CFRP可以有效的提高试件的承载力和延性,且提高效果随着CFRP约束层数的增加而增强;再生混凝土强度以及型钢配钢率对提高试件承载力是有利的,试件延性随着型钢配钢率的提高而提高,但随着再生混凝土强度的提高而降低;再生粗骨料取代率对试件轴压承载力影响较小,试件承载力最大降幅仅为6.4%;增加长细比对试件的轴压承载力是不利的,试件的侧向挠度明显增加。在此基础上,建立了CFRP约束型钢再生混凝土柱的轴压承载力计算公式,计算值与试验值吻合良好,可为其工程应用提供技术参考。 To study the axial compression performance of carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)confined steel reinforced recycled concrete columns,11 specimens of the columns were tested under axial compression loads.The failure characteristics of specimens and the effects of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate,CFRP wrapped layers,recycled concrete strength,steel ratio and slenderness ratio on the axial compression performance of specimens were analyzed in detail.The results show that CFRP can effectively improve the bearing capacity and ductility of specimens,and the improvement effect is enhanced with the increase of CFRP confinement layers.In addition,the strength of recycled concrete and steel ratio of section steel are beneficial to improve the bearing capacity of specimens,and the ductility of specimens increases with the increase of steel ratio of section steel,but decreases with the increase of recycled concrete strength.And the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate has little effect on the axial bearing capacity of specimens,and the maximum reduction on the bearing capacity of specimens is only 6.4%.However,increasing slenderness ratio is unfavorable to the axial bearing capacity of specimens and the lateral deflection of specimens increases significantly.On this basis,the calculation formula of axial bearing capacity of CFRP confined steel reinforced recycled concrete columns was established in this paper.The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental values,which can provide technical reference for its engineering application.
