摘要
进行了6个方形截面轻型钢管再生混凝土柱轴压力学性能试验,分析了混凝土材料类型,钢管壁厚及填充再生混凝土等参数对试件承载力,荷载-变形关系、荷载-应变关系、耗能及破坏形态的影响。研究结果表明:轻型方钢管再生混凝土柱轴压破坏时未发生明显弯曲破坏;在空钢管试件中填充再生混凝土可有效提高结构承载力和延性能力,但随着再生骨料取代量的提高,提高效果有所降低;轻型方钢管再生混凝土柱具有良好的承载力和延性,可应用于实际工程。
Axial compression tests of six square section light recycled aggregate concrete filled steel tubular(RACFST)columns were carried out.The effects of concrete material type,wall thickness of steel tube and filled recycled concrete on bearing capacity,load-deformation relationship,load-strain relationship and failure mode of specimens were analyzed.The results show that there is no obvious bending failure when the light RACFST column was damaged under axial compression;filling recycled aggregate concrete in empty steel tube specimens can effectively improve the bearing capacity and ductility of the structure.With the increase of replacement quantity of recycled aggregate,the improvement effect is decreased.The RACFST columns have good bearing capacity and ductility,and can be used in practical projects.
