药食同源物质姜黄的健康危害评估

Health hazard assessment of the food and medicine homologous substances turmeric

摘要 目的姜黄作为药食同源物质之一在我国被广泛使用,基于安全性的考虑,有必要对姜黄进行健康危害评估。方法本文基于系统文献检索(Systematic Literature Searches,SLS)方法,收集姜黄的有效毒理学数据,开展其危害评估。结果姜黄素在动物及人体内吸收入血快,主要分布在肾、肝和肠道中,粪便为主要排泄途径。姜黄急性毒性属实际无毒,小鼠经口LD50>100 g/kg·bw。亚急性、亚慢性毒性试验显示姜黄会引起实验动物肝、肾和脾局灶性坏死。慢性毒性动物实验显示,长期使用姜黄会引起胃肠道非肿瘤性病变。另外,姜黄油树脂饮食会引起实验动物肠系膜淋巴结窦扩张和甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞增生的发生率增加。结论在现有的研究中,Ames实验研究显示姜黄的主要成分姜黄素无致突变性,但是在一定条件下有致癌性和致染色体断裂可能性。有动物实验证明长期食用姜黄素对生殖系统会产生一定损伤,但停止用药后恢复正常。人群资料表明,外用姜黄时可能会产生过敏反应。 Objective As one of the medicine and food homologous substances,turmeric has been widely used in our country.Based on the consideration of security,it′s necessary to conduct health hazard assessment of turmeric.Methods This article is based on the Systematic Literature Searches(SLS)method to collect effective toxicological data of turmeric and carry out its hazard assessment.Results The result shows that curcumin is quickly absorbed into the blood in animals and humans,it is mainly distributed in the kidneys,liver and intestines,and stool is the main excretion route of curcumin.The acute toxicity of turmeric is very low,with oral LD50 of mice>100 g/kg·bw.Animal experiments of subacute and subchronic toxicity have shown that turmeric can cause focal necrosis of the liver,kidneys and spleen.Chronic toxicity animal experiments have shown that long-term use of turmeric can cause gastrointestinal non-tumor lesions.In addition,the the turmeric oleoresin diet will increase the incidence of mesenteric lymph node sinus dilatation and thyroid follicular epithelial cell hyperplasia in experimental animals.Conclusion In the current study,curcumin,the main ingredient of turmeric,shows no mutagenicity in the Ames experiment,but it is carcinogenic and clastogenic under certain conditions.Some animal experiments have proved that long-term consumption of curcumin will cause certain damage to the reproductive system,but it will return to normal after stopping the use of curcumin.Studies of population data indicate that external use of turmeric may cause allergic reactions.
