摘要
为研究大跨度连续梁转体球铰摩阻系数及其对转体施工稳定性的影响,以(60+100+60)m连续刚构桥为研究对象,在考虑风荷载效应的基础上,选取10个大小不同的静摩阻系数,分析了球铰不同摩阻系数下转体桥的抗倾覆力矩、纵横向稳定系数。结果表明:转体前桥梁处于平衡状态,转体桥在风荷载作用下不失稳;当实测静摩阻系数小于0.015时,转体时采用不平衡配重;当实测静摩阻系数不小于0.015时,转体过程可控性好,转体时可以采用平衡配重。
In order to study the friction coefficient of swivel spherical hinge of long-span continuous beam and its influence on the stability of swivel construction,the(60+100+60)m continuous rigid frame bridge is taken as the research object.On the basis of considering the wind load effect,this paper selects 10 static friction coefficients with different sizes,and analyzes the overturning moment and longitudinal and lateral stability coefficients of swivel bridge with different friction coefficients of spherical hinge.The results show that the bridge is in balance before turning,and the turning bridge is unstable under wind load.When the measured static friction coefficient is less than 0.015,the unbalanced counterweight is used when turning;when the measured static friction coefficient is not less than 0.015,the turning process is controllable,and the balance counterweight can be used in turning.
