摘要
急性脑出血(ACH)是临床上常见与多发的急危重症,近年来发病率明显攀升。脑出血属中医学中风范畴,基本病机属本虚标实,急性期多以肝阳上亢、痰热内盛、痰湿蒙神、瘀血阻窍等实证为主,治疗当以祛邪为要。凡能助人体畅通气血的治法皆按通法立论,“通可祛邪”理论是指运用通法治疗急危重症的中医理念,是在综合运用祛毒邪、开神窍、通脏腑方法的基础上,干预疾病发展的有效手段。对“通可祛邪”理论指导下的急性脑出血中医辨证治疗思路及组方用药规律进行探讨分析。
Acute cerebral hemorrhage(ACH)is a common critical condition with high incidence.Incidence rate has increased significantly in recent years.ACH pertains to the category of"stroke"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the primary disease mechanism is deficient root and excessive root.In the acute stage,it is of excessive syndrome such as hyperactivity of liver yang,excessive phlegm heat,phlegm dampness clouding mind,blood stasis blocking orifices,and therefore the treatment should be eliminating evils.All treatment methods that can help the human body unblock qi and blood are the purging therapy."Purging can eliminate evils"theory refers to the TCM concept of using purging therapy to treat acute,critical and severe diseases.It is an effective means to intervene the development of diseases comprehensively using the methods of dispelling toxin and evil,opening spirit orifices and dredging the viscera.In this paper TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of ACH and the law of prescription and medication under the guidance of"purging can eliminate evils"were explored and discussed.
