摘要
为分析吸入给药的研究热点、前沿动态和发展趋势,通过CiteSpace软件对Web of Science数据库中2011—2020年吸入给药的相关文献进行研究,根据国家、机构之间的合作网络,关键词共现网络以及文献、期刊之间的共被引网络研究分析结果,共检索到相关文献2580篇。结果显示:1)近10年来吸入给药领域相关文献的年均发文量基本逐年递增,说明研究学者们对此领域的关注度有所提高。发文量较多的国家为美国、中国、日本,高产机构为悉尼大学、冈山大学等,发表和引文数最多的期刊为《AM J RESP CRIT CARE》和《NEW ENGL J MED》;2)关键词分析和被引文献分析结果显示哮喘、呼吸窘迫综合征、囊性纤维化、阻塞性肺炎、急性肺损伤等相关疾病及其吸入制剂的研发在该领域处于研究热点,有害物质的暴露与吸入之间的关系是近10年的研究前沿。该研究的分析结果为指导吸入制剂的深入研发与肺部疾病的治疗提供了借鉴意义。
In order to analyze the research hotspots,frontier and development trends of inhalation administration,the relevant literature of inhalation administration from 2011 to 2020 in the Web of Science database was studied by using CiteSpace software.According to the analysis of the cooperation network between countries and institutions,the co-occurrence network of keywords and the co-citation network between literature and journals,the 2580 related literatures were retrieved.The results show that:1)the annual average number of relevant papers in the field of inhalation administration issued increases year by year during the period of 2011—2020,which indicates that researchers have paid more attention to this field.The countries that published a large number of documents are the United States,China and Japan.High-yield institutions include Sydney University and Okayama University,etc.The journals with the most publications and citations are AM J RESP CRIT CARE and NEW ENGL J MED;2)according to the keyword analysis and literature co-citation analysis,the research hotspots include asthma,respiratory distress syndrome,cystic fibrosis,obstructive pneumonia disease,acute lung injury and other related diseases in this field,as well as the research and development of the inhalation formulation.The relationship between inhalation exposure of harmful substances and inhalation administration has become the recent frontier of research in this field.The research results provide reference for the further study of inhalation administration and the treatment of lung diseases.
