摘要
目的分析心肌酶谱在急性脑血管患者中的优势和准确性。方法随机选取我院2018年11月至2019年11月收治的30例急性脑血管患者(观察组)和同时期到院进行健康检查的30例健康志愿者(健康组)为本次研究对象,两组患者均进行心肌酶谱检测,统计两组研究对象心肌酶谱水平(乳酸脱氢酶:LDH、肌酸激酶:CK、肌酸激酶同工酶:CK-MB、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶:α-HBDH、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶:AST),观察组中不同疾病类型患者心肌酶谱水平对比和有无意识障碍患者心肌酶谱水平对比。结果观察组患者心肌酶谱水平均显著高于健康组,脑出血与脑梗死患者的心肌酶谱水平无对比差异(P>0.05),且存在意识障碍的患者其心肌酶谱水平均显著高于不存在意识障碍的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心肌酶谱检测用于急性脑血管患者的临床诊断具有显著优势和准确性,且对存在神经功能障碍的患者具有较高检出率,但心肌酶谱检测对患者心脑血管疾病类型无较大检测价值。
Objective To analyze the advantage and accuracy of myocardial zymogram in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods Thirty cases of acute cerebrovascular patients (observation group) and 30 cases of healthy volunteers (healthy group) in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.Both groups of patients were tested for myocardial enzyme spectrum,and the levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum of the two groups of subjects were counted (Lactate dehydrogenase LDH,creatine kinase CK,creatine kinase isoenzyme CK-MB,α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase α-HBDH,aspartate aminotransferase AST).Comparison of the levels of myocardial enzymes in patients with different disease types in the observation group and those with or without consciousness disorders.Results The myocardial enzyme levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the healthy group,there was no significant difference between the myocardial enzyme levels of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction (P>0.05),and the myocardial enzyme levels of patients with consciousness disorder were significantly higher than those of patients without consciousness disorder,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion myocardial zymogram detection has significant advantages and accuracy in clinical diagnosis of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease,and has a high detection rate for patients with neurological dysfunction,but myocardial zymogram detection has no great detection value for patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease types.
