摘要
电动汽车发展对锂离子电池安全性、能量密度、寿命和可靠性均提出了更高要求。电池一致性是影响其性能的重要因素,模组内电池单体越多,一致性问题越突出。通过对神火锂离子电池进行充放电试验,分析其放电过程中容量、能量、内阻3个关键参数的变化,并利用多参数分选方法提出容量、能量、内阻的综合评价指标函数,结合权重分析指标选取能量随时间的变化曲线数据,实现多参数预分选后电池的动态分选,以更好满足锂离子电池成组的一致性要求。
Owing to the development of electric vehicles,there is an increasing demand for the safety,energy density,lifespan and reliability of lithium-ion batteries.The consistency of batteries is vital to their performance,which is especially obvious in the case of too many monomers existing in a battery pack.In this paper,the charging and discharging experiments on Shenhuo lithium-ion batteries were carried out,and the variations in key parameters such as capacity,energy and internal resistance during discharging were analyzed.Then,the multi-parameter sorting method was adopted to obtain the comprehensive evaluation index function of capacity,energy and internal resistance.Furthermore,the changing curve of energy with time was selected by combining the weight analysis index,and the dynamic sorting on batteries after the multi-parameter presorting process was realized to better satisfy the consistency requirement of lithium-ion battery pack.
