摘要
目的探讨右美托咪定(Dex)复合罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉在妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产术中的效果。方法选择该院在2019年4月-2020年4月收集的妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产术的产妇100例进行研究分析,按照随机数字表分组方式将产妇分为复合组和对照组,各50例,复合组给予Dex复合罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉,对照组给予生理盐水复合罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉,观察两组麻醉起效、镇痛时间,比较不良反应、麻醉优良率。结果复合组麻醉起效更快,镇痛维持时长更长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复合组不良反应和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复合组麻醉优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Dex复合罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉用于妊娠糖尿病患者剖宫产术,起效快,麻醉持续时间长,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine(Dex)combined with ropivacaine epidural anesthesia in cesarean section for gestational diabetes.Methods We selected 100 cases of pregnant women undergoing cesarean section in the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 for research and analysis.According to the random number table grouping method,the pregnant women were divided into a combined group and a control group with 50 cases each,the combined group was given Dex combined with ropivacaine epidural anesthesia,and the control group was given normal saline combined with ropivacaine epidural anesthesia.The analgesia onset time,and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed,and the excellent and good rates of anesthesia were compared.Results The anesthesia in the composite group took effect faster and the analgesia lasted longer,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the combined group and the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dex combined with ropivacaine epidural anesthesia for cesarean section in patients with gestational diabetes has fast onset,long duration of anesthesia,and high safety.
