摘要 云南某电厂600MW超临界W火焰锅炉,进行低氮燃烧改造后,为研究燃烧系统的低氮性能,进行了燃烧调整试验,研究了不同因素对NOx及飞灰的影响,结果表明:①开大燃尽风、三次风、关小二次风可以明显降低NOx生成量,实现最佳的低氮效果;②分离器转速调整后,煤粉细度发生变化会显著影响飞灰可燃物含量,但NOx变化不大;③氧量对飞灰影响明显,对NOx生成量影响不及挡板开度变化;④在低氮工况下提高氧量可以实现环保效果和经济性的进一步平衡。 A 600MW supercritical W-flame boiler in a power plant in Yunnan has been renovated for low nitrogen combustion.In order to study the low nitrogen performance of the combustion system,a combustion adjustment test was carried out,and the effects of different factors on NOx and fly ash were studied.The results show that high burnout air,third air and low secondary air can significantly reduce the production of NOx and achieve the best effect of low nitrogen.After adjusting the speed of separator,the change of pulverized coal fineness will significantly affect the content of combustible matter in fly ash,but the change of NOx is not significant.Oxygen has a significant effect on fly ash,but has less effect on NOx generation than baffle opening.Increasing oxygen at low nitrogen conditions can further balance environmental and economic benefits.
