摘要
在国家制造业蓬勃发展的背景下,锅炉制造工艺突飞猛进。钢结构焊接是制造重点之一,不仅能够提高锅炉整体的稳定性,而且对锅炉生产质量的提升至关重要。若钢结构发生变形,可能导致严重的安全隐患,因此需要采用合理方式进行改善。火焰矫正是目前最常见的方式,通过矫正能够让锅炉整体性能更加稳定。为分析锅炉制造火焰矫正工艺,首先阐述锅炉钢结构焊接变形的原因及火焰矫正的具体施工方式。其次,结合某锅炉的结构设计,对火焰矫正工艺进行详细分析。最后,探讨加热温度和热矫正工艺模拟试验,助力行业发展。
Under the background of the vigorous development of the national manufacturing industry,the boiler manufacturing process has advanced by leaps and bounds,among which steel structure welding is one of the manufacturing focuses,which can not only improve the overall stability of the boiler,but also is crucial to the improvement of the boiler production quality.If the steel structure is deformed,it may lead to serious safety risks,so it needs to be improved in a reasonable way.Flame correction is the most common way at present,and the overall performance of the boiler can be more stable through correction.In order to analyze the flame correction process of boiler manufacturing,the causes of welding deformation of boiler steel structure and the concrete construction methods of flame correction are described.Secondly,combined with the structural design of a boiler,the flame correction process is analyzed in detail.Finally,the simulation test of heating temperature and thermal correction process is discussed in order to help the development of the industry.
