基于电弧熔敷技术的45钢表面耐磨涂层制备工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对45钢零部件表面易磨损的缺陷,采用电弧熔敷技术,以高耐磨性的FeCoNiCuAl高熵合金粉芯丝材作为焊丝,在45钢基体表面熔敷一层涂层,以提高其耐磨性。实验结果表明,电弧熔敷电流大小、丝材移动速率和送丝速率,对涂层耐磨性和硬度都有影响。当电弧熔敷电流为210 A、丝材移动速率为160 mm/min、送丝速率为800 mm/min时,制备的涂层耐磨性最好。 Aiming at the defects of 45 steel mechanical parts that are easy to wear on the surface,using arc clad-ding technology,FeCoNiCuAl high entropy alloy cored wire with high wear resistance is used as welding wire,and a layer of coating is deposited on the surface of 45 steel substrate to improve its wear resistance.The experi-mental results showed that the arc deposition current,wire moving rate and wire feeding rate all have effects on the wear resistance and hardness of the coating.When the current is 210 A,the wire moving rate is 160 mm/min and the wire feeding rate is 800 mm/min,the prepared coating has the best wear resistance.
