摘要
老旧小区更新改造不仅有利于提升人民群众的生活质量,也将成为中国经济增长的新动能。然而现阶段老旧小区改造大多仍是简单地维修改造,没有考虑对综合价值的提升,因此难以起到以点带面地促进地区整体发展的作用。本文提出老旧小区改造应注重综合价值的提升,并分别详细论证了居住功能的提升、机制体系的完善、美学文化价值的提升和经济效益价值的发挥四个方面,以期更加全面、系统地理解和推动老旧小区更新改造。
The renewal and transformation of old communities will not only help improve the quality of life of the people,but will also become a new driving force for China's economic growth.However,at this stage,most of the renovation of old communities is still simple maintenance and renovation,without considering the improvement of comprehensive value,so it is difficult to play a role in promoting the overall development of the area in a point-to-point manner.This article proposes that the transformation of old communities should focus on the improvement of comprehensive value,and respectively demonstrates in detail the improvement of residential functions,the improvement of the mechanism system,the improvement of aesthetics and cultural values,and the use of economic benefits,with a view to a more comprehensive and systematic understanding And promote the renewal and transformation of old communities.
