摘要
目的研究经骶尾部入路术式治疗骶前囊肿患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2019年12月我院收治的20例骶前囊肿患者作为观察组,另选取2011年1月至2014年12月我院收治的21例骶前囊肿患者作为对照组。观察组给予经骶尾部入路术式治疗,对照组给予经腹入路术式治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的术中失血量少于对照组,术中输血率及盆腔脏器损伤发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);随访6~12个月,两组的复发率、远处转移率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术后,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经骶尾部入路术式治疗骶前囊肿患者的效果显著,可减少术中失血量,降低术中输血率、盆腔脏器损伤发生率及术后并发症发生率,减轻患者疼痛。
Objective To study the clinical effect of trans sacrococcygeal approach in the treatment of patients with presacral cyst.Methods A total of 20 patients with presacral cyst treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected as observation group,and 21 patients with presacral cyst treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were selected as control group.The observation group was treated by trans sacrococcygeal approach,and the control group was treated by transabdominal approach.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the intraoperative blood transfusion rate and the incidence of pelvic organ injury in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);follow up for 6-12 months,there were no significant differences in the recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trans sacrococcygeal approach in the treatment of patients with presacral cyst has a significant effect,it can decrease the intraoperative blood loss,reduce the intraoperative blood transfusion rate and the incidences of pelvic organ injury and postoperative complications,and relieve pain.
