摘要
挂线疗法是中医外科特色疗法之一。传统挂线具有慢性勒割、异物刺激、引流和标志四大作用,用于治疗高位肛瘘。目前挂线术也用于肛周脓肿、肛管直肠狭窄、慢性肛裂及出口梗阻型便秘、克罗恩病肛瘘等疾病。挂线疗法的诊治范围不断扩大,临床应用逐步规范。改良挂线方法,可衍生出多种形式:挂线的种类有药线、丝线、橡胶线,挂线的力度有实挂、虚挂,挂线深度有高位顶点挂、中位挂线、低位挂线,挂线数量又有单线、双线,还有挂线、拖线、浮线、引线等多种使用方法。
Ligation therapy is one of TCM surgical characteristic therapies. Traditional ligation is used to treat high anal fistula since it owned the effects of chronic cutting, foreign body stimulation, drainage and signing.Currently thread-ligating therapy is used for perianal abscess, anorectal stricture, chronic anal fissure, outlet obstructive constipation, Crohn’s disease, anal fistula and others. Diagnostic ranges of thread-ligating therapy is broadening continuously, and its clinical application gradually becomes standardized. Modified thread-ligating methods could be derived in many forms;the sorts of threads are medicinal thread, silk thread and rubber thread,the intensity contains real hanging and virtual hanging, the depth includes high vertex hanging, middle hanging and low hanging, the quantity of thread-ligating contains single line, double line, and hanging line, dragging line,floating line, leading line and so on.
