摘要
眼眶真菌感染与炎性假瘤的临床表现相似,诊断需结合病史,仔细分析临床表现和影像学特征,确诊需依靠病理检查找到真菌菌丝。本研究回顾分析1例被误诊为炎性假瘤的眼眶真菌感染患者的临床资料,并探讨炎性假瘤和眼眶真菌感染的异同。该患者因右眼反复肿胀就诊,曾行多次病理检查,均考虑为炎性假瘤,给予激素治疗后仍然反复发作,后经组织活检及真菌培养确诊为毛霉菌感染。
The clinical manifestations of orbital fungal infection and inflammatory pseudotumor are similar.The diagnosis should be combined with medical history,and the clinical manifestations and imaging features should be carefully analyzed,and the diagnosis should rely on pathological examination to find fungal hyphae.This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of a patient with orbital fungal infection who was misdiagnosed as inflammatory pseudotumor,and explored the similarities and differences between inflammatory pseudotumor and orbital fungal infection.The patient hospitalized due to repeated swelling of the right eye,and was considered as inflammatory pseudotumor by multiple pathological examinations.Her disease still repeatedly attacked after hormone treatment,and was finally diagnosed as mucor infection by tissue biopsy and fungal culture.
