摘要
目的探究归脾汤加减治疗老年心脾两虚型帕金森病失眠症的效果及不良反应。方法本次研究对象从近年来我院就诊的老年心脾两虚型帕金森病失眠症患者中选取80例,按照随机数表法,将这些患者分成观察组和对照组。对照组40例患者采用常规方法治疗,观察组的40例患者采用归脾汤加减治疗,探究两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量及中医证候评分和不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量及中医证候评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者出现的不良反应情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论归脾汤加减治疗老年心脾两虚型帕金森病失眠症的效果显著,有利于改善患者的生活质量,且患者治疗后出现的不良反应情况较少,治疗安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the effects and side effects of Guipi Decoction modified treatment in treating Parkinson’s disease insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen in the elderly. Methods This study selected 80 elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease insomnia with heart and spleen deficiency in our hospital in recent years. According to the random number table method, these patients were divided into observation group and control group. 40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods, and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with Guipi Decoction modified treatment to explore the treatment effect, quality of life, TCM syndrome scores and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life and TCM syndrome score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had fewer adverse reactions than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Guipi Decoction modified treatment is effective in treating Parkinson’s disease insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen in the elderly. It is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients, and the patients have fewer adverse reactions after treatment, and the treatment is safer. It is worthy of clinical promotion use.
