摘要
目的 研究循证护理在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿护理中应用效果。方法 选择佛山市高明区人民医院2018年1月至2019年1月纳入儿科诊治的100例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿,随机分为甲组和乙组,甲组50例给予临床常规护理,在甲组基础上给予循证护理的50例为乙组,对比分析两组护理效果。结果 两组HIE新生患儿护理干预前PDI与MDI评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乙组患儿护理后PDI评分与MDI评分显著高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组新生患儿护理总有效率显著高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组总满意度显著高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在HIE新生患儿护理中应用循证护理(EBN),能够强化HIE新生患儿运动发育和智能发育功能,效果显著;提高HIE新生患儿护理的总有效率,显著提高HIE新生患儿家属对护理的总满意度,护理效果显著。
Objective To study application effect of evidence-based nursing in nursing of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods The paper chose 100 cases neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and divided them into group A and B randomly,50 cases in group A were treated with routine nursing,and 50 cases in group B with evidence-based nursing.Nursing effect between two groups was analyzed.Results There was no difference between PDI and MDI before nursing intervention between two groups,P>0.05.PDI and MDI scores of group B were significantly higher than group A,difference was significant (P<0.05);Total effective rate of nursing for neonates in group B was significantly higher than group A,difference was significant,P<0.05;total satisfaction degree of group B was significantly higher than group A,difference was significant P<0.05.Conclusion EBN can strengthen motor development and intelligent development function of HIE neonates,with significant effect,improved total effective rate of nursing,improve total satisfaction degree of family members significantly,with significant nursing effect.
