摘要
目的探究新生儿窒息致缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)患儿预见性护理的应用效果及对患儿运动能力的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2022年7月本院产科中因新生儿窒息致HIE患儿60例进行研究,将患儿按照数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理。比较两组护理效果、并发症发生率及护理前后运动能力、智力发育、睡眠质量得分,并统计两组家长护理满意度。结果观察组肌张力、原始放射、意识障碍恢复耗时均较对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组护理后PDI、MDI得分均较对照组高,AIS失眠评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组家长护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论新生儿窒息致HIE患儿护理中,预见性护理可有效减少患儿并发症,改善运动能力、智力发育、睡眠质量,促进其恢复,且家长护理满意度更高,值得推广。
Objective To explore application effect of predictive nursing on children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)caused by neonatal asphyxia and effect on motor ability.Methods The paper chose 60 children with HIE caused by neonatal asphyxia in obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2020 to July 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group with number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing;observation group with predictive nursing.Nursing effect between two groups was compared,including incidence of complications;scores of motor ability,intellectual development,and sleep quality before and after nursing;satisfaction degree between two groups with nursing was calculated.Results Recovery time of muscle tension,original radiation and disorders of consciousness in observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).after nursing,PDI and MDI scores of observation group were higher than control group,while the AIS insomnia scores were lower than control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of parents in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively reduce complications,improve motor ability,intellectual development,sleep quality,and promote recovery in nursing of HIE children caused by neonatal asphyxia,with high parental nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of promotion.
