摘要
针对水利水电灌浆工程常存在数据庞大、信息分散、处理滞后等问题,且现有灌浆过程控制及分析方法不直观、不及时、有效性差的问题,提出了一种基于BIM技术的灌浆过程数据多维集成分析方法,通过耦合三维设计模型、三维地质模型和灌浆施工数据,制定多维度定量过程控制指标及分析流程,及时揭露灌浆异常,直观分析成因并制定处理措施。实际应用结果表明,该方法可行、有效,且极大地提升了灌浆质量控制水平。
There are problems in water conservancy and hydropower grouting projects,such as huge data,scattered information and processing lagging.The existing grouting process control and analysis methods are not intuitive,comprehensive,timely and effective.This paper proposed a multi-dimensional integrated analysis method of grouting process data based on BIM technology.By coupling 3 Ddesign model,3 Dgeological model and grouting process data,it formulates multi-dimensional quantitative process control indicators and analysis process,which can reveal grouting anomalies in time,analyze the causes intuitively and formulate the treatment measures.The case study shows that the proposed method is feasible and effective,and the grouting quality control level has been greatly improved.
