摘要
产业与教育的高度融合是我国职业教育的发展方向,借鉴国外比较成熟的双元制人才培养模式,以就业为导向,探索适合我国当前对技能型人才需求的育人模式—校企双元育人,以期可以有效缓解高校技能型人才培养与企业用人需求的结构性矛盾。加强实习基地的建设,强化校外实习基地主体育人功能,深刻认识并依托校企自身资源优势,构建多方位产教融合体系,不断深化校企合作,促进双元育人模式的开展。
Highly integration of industry and education is the direction of vocational education reform in the future in China.Based on the mature experienceofthemode of dual vocational education in foreign countries and employment-oriented,it explores the dual education mode of school-enterprise cooperation,which issuitable for the current demand of skilled talents.The dual education mode is an effective way to solve the structural contradiction between training of skilled talents in colleges and the employment demand of enterprises.By strengthening the construction and the educational important function of practice-base,deeply understanding the specific resource advantages of college and enterprise and building a multiple-direction industry-education integration,the further development of school-enterprise cooperation,it promotes the talent cultivation mode of dual vocational education.
