摘要
为了推动企业平稳发展,减少能耗与污染,提升企业竞争优势,分析了清洁生产审核对产业技术升级的重要作用和企业清洁生产审核工作现状,提出了发挥清洁生产审核优势、促进企业技术转型升级的措施,即建立完善的清洁生产审核机制,有机整合清洁生产和节能减排,强化清洁生产审核力度,加强资金支持和人才保障,全方位推动产业技术转型升级,促使企业实现清洁生产,赋予企业可持续发展的动力与活力。
In order to promote the steady development of enterprises,reduce energy consumption and pollution and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises,this paper analyzes the important role of cleaner production audit in industrial technology upgrading and the current situation of cleaner production audit,and puts forward measures to give full play to the advantages of cleaner production audit and promote the technological transformation and upgrading of enterprises,i.e.to establish a perfect cleaner production audit mechanism,organically integrate cleaner production,energy conservation and emission reduction,strengthen cleaner production audit,strengthen financial support and talent guarantee,promote industrial technology transformation and upgrading in an all-round way,promote enterprises to realize cleaner production and endow enterprises with power and vitality for sustainable development.
